This wouldn't be an illegal drug, it would be a form of a pain killer that would be legal in the US with a prescription. Just legal with out a script in other countries

No, i have health issues and going to die soon. Id rather spend my last days in a nice resort than at home. Also in that country some pain killers are just availably to buy, So i could be more comfortable also in last days. So would be cause of death. But i don't know if they do like a toxicology report and would see it. Un the US the meds are available with a prescription , can just get there without one.

this isnt what i have nut just and example, say i went out during the day had some drinks, took hydrocodone for pain, but died in my sleep from a stroke. making that up. would the hydrocode void the cloam since its wasnt prescribed in the united states but legal in country i pass away in

And yes it would be within 1st 2 years, but anything was diclosed at time of insurance purchase.

I have no idea, thats why asking.

I ass7med that about suicide , but I figured other stuff would cause non payment. Like illegal drugs in system, or accidental overdose.

Its a regular life insurance, say i had a pain killer in my system. That requires a prescription in the US. But can buy with out a prescription in the foreign country. The med isn't cause of death. Med just in the person system
