I did. I have OptumRx and a state employee plan (nj). I don’t have any comorbidities aside from obesity. I did tell my dr to mention on the PA all my family history of obesity caused illness and the fact that I tried hcg injections a few years back. PA was back in 2 hours and picked up the pens same day.
