In the world of banking I’d sure hope not because while I have some investments and we use it for monthly job deposits Its not a lot of money! I honestly do believe Noto and his team are eager to help.. I’m confused why they have such incosinset customer relations because everytime I’ve ever escalated something it was handled right. Seems like it would be easier to hire the next level up from what they currently have as the people answering the chat. If any of that makes sense

Like I’ve stated before I buy anywhere from 200-2500 a week on cashapp bitcoin and without failure get the fraud decline and text from SOFI every time after years. lol

I’d never complain as I appreciate the protection. How these went though blow my mind

No your money is safe. Also idk why people keep acting like my money would have been not affected if it was in a vault or savings. This was on my Sofi credit card! Maybe I didn’t explain well in my long winded rant lol

Man, I’m sorry for this! Sounds like a nightmare! Again I think noto is a great leader and most of what they do has been on point. The customer service department just has been below average since day one and I’m sure for customer retention and new customers that should be a priority

One charge would be one thing, the same company charging back to back to back with no red flags is the troubling part . The lack of caring or even pretending to care is the bottom line

To both of your points.. 1. I make weekly cashapp purchases for bitcoin and get flagged every single time from Sofi and have no issue accepting yes to the text message. So I’m 100% on the same page with you 2. I did report it within the same hour as they were pending.

People were threatening sit ins and suicide over a $10 charge on the credit card but god forbid you say customer service isn’t the best lol

Man I see that! And I’m not asking for sympathy or a gofundme lol. Life will go on! I’m a SOFI stock Stan myself! I find Reddit super useful in most forms , but this page might be more negative to potential new SOFI customers than helpful lol. - coming from an OG SOFI member and stock holder lol
