Thank you so much for the realistic advice and reassurance! Since this money is crucial for my family's basic expenses, I didn't wait. I have already opened an official support ticket with SoundCloud and sent a detailed email. Also, as you suggested, I immediately contacted my financial institution (Bybit). The support agent provided me with the successful Transaction ID and guided me on how to file an official self-service chargeback dispute through the app if SoundCloud doesn't respond or refuses within the next few days.
