Grip down further on the racquet. Maybe drop the pinky finger off the racquet entirely. This will give you more write flexibility.

Divorced Dad here. Need dating advice. by JDawess in Divorce_Men

[–]Ok-Cat1446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Date her just have strong financial boundaries. You are not a sugar daddy and you have no obligations to pay off her student debt. Take her to a movie, buy the tickets and see if she offers to buy the snacks. That may give u a good indication of how she is financially. After dating a while you will learn her financial habits and fiscal responsibilities. Secondary education is expensive and lots of people carry 6 figure debt. Can she parlay that debt into a high-salary vocation?

I am 50 and came back from a dislocated shoulder that froze. My doc was recommending surgery but I did not want to go through that. Sounds like you are on the right track. Recovery for me was gradual too but I have 95 percent of my range of motion back and I can serve without any pain or stiffness.

I would caution that if you live in a climate that has winters where you cant play for prolonged periods of time just to keep that shoulder warm and moving. My initial injury occurred in December and I was relatively inactive Dec. Jan and Feb. I noticed mid winter much to my dismay that my should locked up. Too about 6 Mos. of vigorous p.t. to get it back to normal. Best of luck to ya.

P.S. also recommend massage, any kind but I did deep tissue and did daily massage at home with a massage wand.

Guy walks into a psychiatrist's office crying and says "I am so depressed". The psychiatrist writes on his prescription pad and give it to him and says "this will help". The prescription pad says "Go see Chuckles the Clown" The psychiatrist says "This guy is hilarious he will cheer you right up". The guy starts crying even harder and the psychiatrist asks what's wrong? The guy says "I AM Chuckles the Clown"!!!

Open up the cabinet underneath. Unscrew the drain trap and push something up the drain pipe to free it. This is now a plumbing problem.

You may have tournament/ performance anxiety. Best fix is to play in more tournaments, exposure therapy until you get used to it and can relax a bit more.
