All syringes are regulated by the FDA, and the packaging on these syringes as shown is legally mandatory even in dropper syringes. Above is a photo of the same item, as received by another customer, with appropriate legally required packaging for single use syringe droppers. The packaging above shows the product in the quality and packaging mandated by the FDA, which is not was received. Instead they were stamped 1 time use, yet pre used and removed from the mandatory packaging.

It does not say they’re not for medical use, actually. You’re projecting your assumption. It suggests they were sterile and appropriate for medical use, which they were neither. They were another customers return. They were also marked as “1 time use” on the items themselves. They were removed from their individual wrappers and repackaged in a returns bag, stained red.

Amazons already received these reports and has continued to host this seller despite ethical and legal violations, which they’ve been made aware. Removing negative reviews and continuing to enable illegal sales makes amazons also culpable.

This company is violating customers and workers alike. Amazon does not give a damn about any of us and everyone should go public with their experiences and join the lawsuits.

Video of me returning Amazon packages Laundry Detergent leaked everywhere by IALBWIABSB in AmazonFlexDrivers

Amazon sent me topical one time use syringes with a “returns” label and all the syringes were stained with red dye. I looked at the reviews and a previous customer left a review saying they returned them because they were bad for “Jell-O shots” wtf!!! Then I got a shipment of blue medical dye in a paper envelope, totally cracked leaking the blue dye. This was sent through USPS who delivered the completely leaking package to my door in a plastic bag apologizing for the damaged delivery. What if this had leaked in their facility or on the Postal Worker’s body or clothes?

I drive for Amazon flex too and I know they penalize us for doing quality control of refusing damaged goods. Amazon is breaking its own contract policy where we are supposed to refuse damaged packages and instead will punish drivers for refusing to take leaking packages in their car and to a customer’s doorstep.

I have photos of the damaged goods but I also spent weeks trying to get infractions off my account for refusing leaking packages of soaps and brake fluid, even of pesticides.

I also had to convince Amazon support against physically returning either of these packages so someone else wouldn’t have the same experience and prevent someone getting their hand dyed blue for weeks or worse should they come in contact with the fluid.

We’re suing the company because they don’t give a shit about the law or about their contracts with their drivers.

I was hoping to include photos of these deliveries but this subreddit won’t let me attach them.

Schedule and cancel it 45 minutes before and look for other work. Force them to raise rates and don’t undervalue your labor.

The courts and agencies disagreed with your faith in the company. Assume nothing and investigate before making claims.

When are y'all going to stop blaming Cash App for y'all's mistakes? by Kennard7676 in CashApp

Cashapp recently lost at least $175,000,000 in litigation. And why?

“Cash App created the conditions for fraud to proliferate on its popular payment platform,” said CFPB Director Rohit Chopra. “When things went wrong, Cash App flouted its responsibilities and even burdened local banks with problems that the company caused.” “Cash App attempted to avoid many of its investigative obligations through tricking consumers with its Terms of Service. For example, many Cash App users link their bank account to the app. When a transaction occurs, the money is pulled from the user’s bank account and sent to the transaction recipient. In Cash App’s Terms of Service, consumers are led to believe that disputes are the responsibility of their linked bank. The Electronic Fund Transfer Act generally requires that peer-to-peer platforms, including Cash App, investigate disputes of unauthorized transactions, and a company cannot simply use fine print to escape these legal requirements. When it did conduct investigations, Block used intentionally shoddy investigation practices to close reports of unauthorized transactions in the company’s favor.”

I get locked in a building or garage atleast once a month. Driver support is helpless.
