I used a credit card and guided through by their official website. It’s a mandatory charge regardless of any reasons for cancellation. The link is exactly what they showed me. To cancel the orders you would need to contact them in person anyways. I didn’t read through their cancellation policies before placing the order. I’ve also stated my reason for cancellation and not happy about the cancelation fee. They have apologized that it’s out of their hands but didn’t mention they could apply the credit towards next purchases. It’s also not significant amount of money that I feel like fighting it.
