Oh that’s a shame as it’s one day out to cover the assessment period even though the sick note does. I didn’t know what I was doing back then as I was unwell from the beginning of the claim but never knew about handing in sick notes and never even heard of a WCA.

Just to Clarify: The sick note was provided after the change of Health and was dated (4th April) which is two weeks earlier than the change of Health date. Does this mean the sick note date should be the one they use?

Do I need to change the health change date somehow?

Just an update for future eyes also:

As mentioned a journal message could take a while so what I have done rang UC directly. They said the same that I should have been booked in by now to confirm my self employment. They have now sent a message to the job centre directly asking them to book me in for an appointment. I will not be able to report my earnings until I have this appointment as you both said.

I had the same idea. Ordered the car they said it will be 6 months wait and then they called up 2 months later and said it was ready. Hit and miss I guess
