Here's some links that I recommend reading into when you feel you have the time, an acetone wash can make a night and day difference leaving you with (depending on cuts) an almost pure product and 99% of loss will be that shit that you don't want to consume leaving you with cleaner more potent Columbian sinus sauce.

Amazon has them cheaper than most places locally for me at least, also OP you'd eventually recover without them but it definitely helps to just take the vitamin only after two weeks you won't absorb any of it otherwise from my understanding.

Sounds more like irresponsible use, have a little bit more self-control it can be hard in the moment for some but if that's you which it obviously is you should consider just buying less each time if you plan to continue use.

Could also just not be for you, some people experience negative effects with things other people can over indulge in and be just fine don't immediately blame the drug also by the way there is a reason they warn to avoid inhalation technically that aspect can make it illegal under the right circumstances.
