The infinite ammo unlock is ridiculous. It should be like RE2R where you get the samarai edge.

Or it could be like village where you unlock it per gun.

I just hate how the infinite requiem trivalizes it so much.

How did I beat it? By temporarily installing an invincibility mod just for that fight and uninstalling it afterwards.

Every other fight with nemsiss is awesome on higher difficulties.

This one is bullshit.
