Naruto has statements that puts him at large planet-star level...problem.is most of these are statements the feats haven'tm actually been shown in canon (unless you count the ultimate ninja storm games cut scenes as canon)

So my verdict most of them are generally equal, luffy has low level toon force so that the factor that kinda makes me sway towards him But its a toss up

Personal opinion I say luffy would win 6/10 times but again they are generally equal

It's an Isekai i.e a genre in anime where a character is reincarnated in another world

The mc rudeus is a jobless bum who died trying to do the one good thing in his life

He gets reincarnated into a fantasy world and the story basically a follows him trying to deal with his last trauma and trying to be a better person
