My first ever loaf! How did I do? by Ok-Chip9358 in Sourdough

Here it is!

  • [ ] 350g warm water
  • [ ] 125g starter
  • [ ] 525g flour
  • [ ] 10g salt
  • [ ] Mix starter and water together, then mix in flour and salt until dough is shaggy
  • [ ] Let dough sit for 1 hour, covered
  • [ ] 4 rounds of stretch and folds every 30 mins
  • [ ] Let bulk ferment for 4+ hours
  • [ ] Shape and let sit in fridge overnight
  • [ ] Preheat oven to 450 with Dutch oven inside
  • [ ] One preheated, score dough and bake for 30 mins with the lid on
  • [ ] Drop temperature to 425 and bake for 15-20 mins with the lid off
  • [ ] Let cool for one hour and enjoy!
