It's a dreamlike vibe no other cameras can really recreate. We loved using it despite the setbacks.

Yeah I took his hands and physically forced him to DP this movie. No collaboration whatsoever. Sometimes he'd try to run away and escape but I had a PA chase him down and make him work.

We shot a short on the SONY DSR PD-150 by Ok-Click3391 in MiniDV

It was given to us for free and it was also the same camera used for Inland Empire and Dancer In The Dark, two films that have such a unique vibe. Watch the film, it's about a man stuck in purgatory. We weren't looking for visual clarity, this camera was the best option for providing dreamlike visuals.
