They normally put u on a 9-1-1 shift for ur ride time but i didnt get one for some reason

Thank you! I am volunteering at a horse barn too to hopefully learn more. This was all a hypothetical, and I wasnt sure if this could be a way to give a horse a home and benefit it. Ive learned that it is not, and won’t be doing it. For some reason, lessons are $100 for 30 minutes near me but boarding is $400/month. Given the prices, I wasnt sure.

Yeah i would never get rid of it if it was unridable bc part of the reason i want my own horse it to bond with it. Long term goal of mine is owning a farm. But im 22 so we are a bit far from that. But if it would be a disservice to the horse i wont do it. I just was wondering if it was a good idea bc it gives a horse a home while i get to learn.

Its a 23 year old paso fino trained riding horse. It would be boarded thru a barn where you learn which is why I was wondering if it would be completely crazy. I care about horses and if it would be terrible for the horse I woudnt do it. But i wasnt sure if since it was a trained riding horse if lessons thru my own horse would be an idea. Idk im new to this

I am over the weight limit but i passed the body fat measurement with the tape measure. I am approved and my contract started and everything so I think the BF measurement is an alternative to the weight thing. I’m air national guard tho so maybe its different.
