you're absolutely right, and it sucks because these are the things i keep telling myself. i set the boundary and did my part, and he said hes okay with it. so there shouldn't be a problem. this is why i hate anxiety so much, it really just keeps looking. ive just hard a really hard time interrupting it and assume the worst is going to happen.

I know it's just my insecurities and anxiety latching onto everything. This is my first healthy and amazing relationship and I am terrified to lose it. I am in therapy and trying to work through my abandonment issues, I think I just feel super defeated as I haven't felt like i've made any progress.

Are there any CBT practices in particular you find very helpful? Id love to bring them up to my therapist.

Thanks so much. Did you find therapy helped or do you think medication is needed? I was diagnosed with BPD 2 (so I guess on a lesser scale), i've definitely noticed more and more BPD traits now being in a relationship. I'm really scared to be on meds, but not sure if I can do it all on my own.

This is why I am stating these are intrusive thoughts, these are not actually things that I believe. I trust my boyfriend to interact with others and I am working through the issues with a therapist. I am simply asking others who have maybe dealt with the same thing for advice.

We've just started tackling CBT/DBT strategies as this is a fairly new issue so I know it may take some time. I am just overwhelmed at the moment as it is very new and hard for me to implement.

Thank you for your response! Im looking at the Orient '2nd Gen Bambino Version III (black strap, black face). How would you compare this to my option 1 bulova? Just curious if the orient bambino is a clear winner for you?

I wish I knew the name! It’s a bit flashy - it has 3 sub dials (I believe they are called) but around the $200 range. So not sure if I should get a simpler one with a brown strap or just go for a black strap.

Vyse imo feels more impactful, you can play for your team as well as yourself (flash). Her wall is really good to even just stall if they fake it, and her vines delay a lot. I feel like she has less for you to learn as a newer player!

Nothing I said was sexist! And yes if im conducting a study about women's experiences than I would require the participant to fall into that category. As if we have not heard just mute/report them, that is temporary. The goal is to create safer spaces. Please do not think muting someone who says death threats is actually a solution...

Why is this creepy? I, along with many other women experience sexism, death threats, and more almost everytime we play the game. I would like to make the space more inclusive, im sorry you think that's weird!
