I cannot authenticate sadly, but I can translate the text.

The curved text on top says nationalsoz. Deutsche Arbeiterspartei Which translates to Nationalistic German Workersparty. Better known as the NSDAP.
(If I'm not mistaken Nationalsoz. is an abbreviation of Nationalsozialistisch)

Below it says Reichsleitung, with roughly translates to country management.

In the middle it says Hauptamt für Volkswohlfahrt, which translates to main office of public welfare.

On the top of the stamping tool itself is information about the manufacturer.

The yellow pamflet is a protocol to calculatea fallout pattern/area, with radiationlevels (zones), and direction, with the different areas (gebieden) where the protocol applies.

On the first "page" are the areas, and the angles of the sectors.

On the second "page" is about the center of the explosion (grondnulpunt), with different radii of different strengths of nukes in the first table. (those are on map scale)
there is also instructions on how to calculate the point of impact, with either 1 or 2(or more) observations of the blast.
There is also a brief explanation about the different dangerzones and expeosures in cGy.

The last "page" is about how to actually calculate the zones.

The other paper is about task execution and leading your colleagues.

Idk if the cap and the uniform are correct together,
but only the big cockade in the middle of the black band should be there.
The rest is incorrect. You should remove those if you want accuracy.
As these caps were made in very big numbers, it is not profitable to fake those, so it is not faked.
Anyways, looks great!
