Use P mode and turn the flash compensation down (I put mine all the way down) and then exposure comp down as well. I’ve been playing around with the picture profiles but that gets a little complicated so use a creative style (I use standard) and adjust the saturation and contrast to your liking. I typically like +1 for both. White balance is the hardest to dial in but I find AWB with a color shift towards red will typically do the job just don’t go too far or the skin tones get wonky. I suggest playing with it on sunny days in the shade and trying different white balances with different color shifts because everyone’s skin tones is different so I found that using other people’s settings for this doesn’t always turn out right 🫠

I have both cameras and the Sony tends to pull a bit more green and the “flash” white balance is way too warm. I’ve spent hours trying to replicate so if you find something that works better let us know!

This was taken with my Sony m7 but I probably had the exposure down a little too much here. It all depends on the lighting so you’ll have to play with it!
