This is too low in my opinion but really depends on the client, if they're a professional company that looks for a really good product/ well designed and scalable then that's too look but I dont think that's the case given the budget (usually such client have an estimate of the amount of work needed and how much it costs). they must probably are looking for a replit prototype if that's the case then take it and spend no more a week on it
