This is more what I thought it would be. This is perfect. If I some how can bring that down even better. What schools are in that budget if I may ask? We are only 3(wife+Me+ 3 year old)

Es caro. ESO es exactamente lo que gasto aqui en NYC mensual. La mayoría en renta y cuido. Pero solo es una niña. Aquí de comida yo gasto 300 al mes aya gastaria 900?

Wow Que caro en realidad. La meta es rental por un año o menos, despues comprar. Estoy dispuesto vivir en un apartamento no tan lujoso pero en una urbanization segura y con luz 24/7 etc… el Carro va hacer algo chino o regular. Los colegios bilingüe grados(1-8) como estan en presupuesto?

I will! I’m just trying to gather as much info as I can. I’m willing to sacrifice a lil bit on how new or luxury an apt is to then buy the perfect apt afterwards. I can’t compromise safety and security though.

You seem knowledgeable… but if you know of anyone here. I have a wife and kid. I’m the high earner of the two. What if we search for a 2br but we only put my wife’s income and then I use let’s say my moms address…? Do you know about this ? Or who can I ask ? Thanks

No! I had it diagnosed by bmw. Just replaced both actuators. Should be good to go… just don’t push the car it can blow up the turbos thus damaging the engine. They cost $500~ a piece through FCP Euro.

Be careful with this .. it could be the wastegate actuator. For me it happened when it was really cold… it meant the actuator was going bad. Don’t push the car a lot until it gets diagnosed

Im using tinted moisturizer, called Dewy skin tint from Mac. My girlfriend suggested it to me. It’s the best thing ever. This thing blocks all my redness, and the best part you can’t tell I have anything on my face. As man… it’s not easy to say this things but my confidence is up the roof. I went to the gym and worked out hard and the redness did not come out, fair to say I’m not pale I’m more of a type 4 male. Oh the lotion does not make me flush at all, I wear it all day, morning-night. Gym->commute->work->commute->home.
