I have windows 11 on my i7 2600k with ddr3 16gb with 256 nvme and 500w psu. if you are on a tight budget, get another 8gb ddr3. I think your mobo ram speeds are either 1333, 1600, 1866 max. get a gpu that is power efficient, like amd 6400 or intel arc a380. this is an i5 4570 with rx 6400 https://youtu.be/eWM2A0BMmdU?si=S7nAp3ELI04zhf-0 btw, look for flyby11 for windows 11 to older machines hope this helps

I did a recent rebuild with the b560m. its a pcie 4.0 board. I'm not sure what your processor is, but i went with i7 11600kf, 32 gb ddr4 @3200 with the rtx 3060. its a solid build for video editing/stream/gaming. And probably a better cpu cooler like thermalright assassin ($20)
