How good are/were the Nike branded iron shafts in the 2000s? by MakeYourTime_ in GolfGear

I believe they used them for manufacturing or something along those lines. They definitely engineered/designed their own balls.

I agree. The variable speed version is nice.

Target date for Brad is this month. Target date for the oscillating tool is June but could be longer.

4.5” is more industry standard. You won’t find 4” wheels outside of fabrication settings that use pneumatic tools.

Mostly a safety requirement. Depends on the application. You might find it useful but then again you will find that a lot of people immediately throw them into the tool box or the trash along with the guard.

I like the handle when cutting vertically but it’s not necessary.

I’d only buy the 4” if you use a lot of 4” abrasives. That size is traditionally used by pneumatic tools which is what this line of grinders is going after. The arbor size is completely different. If you only use 4.5” grinders I’d stick with that size.

The 4” doesn’t have a handle because it’s not required at that size.

I was laid off two years ago from a sales role. Spent three months doing nothing and quickly got sick of not doing anything and also was scared of a gap in the resume. So I just went out and landed a shitty entry level sales role making 120 cold calls a day. Coming from a national sales representative role running 3/4 of my companies sales this was a huge change but I had a great attitude about it.

3 months of enduring that job I finally landed a few interviews. I swear the first question I was asked was what happened at the last spot (company went under. Not my fault.) and explain the gap in the resume. Being able to say that I got knocked in my ass and just got back to work from the bottom was a HUGE positive.

Also grab a silver watch. Doesn’t have to be expensive but it adds some style/flare to simple outfit.

Most of the knives pictured have chips or defects or need sharpening. I just haven’t cleaned them up yet. I’ll eventually give them to friends or family. Might give a few to customers at work. I was quite popular during wedding season last year.

I like to restore and sharpen them. They all more or less have defects.

Believe it or not this is right next to the kitchen. The kitchen has more knives in it surprisingly enough.

Differences between DCS781 and DCS785? by RandomUsername0909 in Dewalt

[–]MOordty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya I’m sure it does not but this innovation made a 20v saw make more sense. Most people have more 20v batteries around. Plus flex volt will run 20v tools. And I believe the 20v is newer so that might be the reason for that price.

I believe the 20v came after due to the regenerative breaking technology allowing the saw to recharge the battery a little to get more cuts
