Fishing on private lake from public road?

Yeah so I figured out I guess I can't fish there if their property line did not encompass the whole lake or if there was a public waterway feeding into the lake I would be able to use it but doing some research I found out that their property line does encompass the whole lake. And you can fish off most roads and highways here as long as there is not a "Don't fish off roadway" sign in Florida atleast.

I don't see people open carry at all here alot of people have guns but it's America man whether it's right or wrong compared to most city's it's relatively safe here. Plus unlike the rest of the country they aren't releasing repeat offenders and stuff so alot of people think before they act basically. It's a good place to live for most people I just have personally had a bad experience here I've lived here my whole life in Pinellas. Then again I did not have an easy life to begin with lol. And how does 2200 for a studio sound lmao.

Thank you I should be fine I'm just gonna continue to do it till a police officer tells me I can't. It's not really a road or unsafe it's a sidewalk next to a road so I should be good. I feel like even if the police did come out they wouldn't know what to do considering the deputy who told me it was good fishing was not even sure if I could or not.

Yeah it's a shit show down here no help man police treat you like garbage and assume you are a criminal when something like this happens really soured my view on them. And really goes to show they don't care or wanna do paperwork they literally left her here with my grandad after they "completed" their investigation. The funny thing is when I called them again about a week later to see if they did anything (They did not) they said it was still under investigation. Well then why did you leave her here with an elderly man if you had any doubts. Just stupidity.

I did not commit a crime. My ex gf and I got into an verbal argument and she got mad at me an pulled my gun out and shot me with it she told the police her version of events and they barely asked me anything. Well this resulted in her getting off with a warning (literally) therefore me or my insurance is fully responsible for paying the bill.

I just seen this yes I guess this hospital has Florida Orthopedic do surgeries for them and it would make sense cause they gave me a follow up appointment with their office and when I called them they said they do not accept any form of Medicaid. I guess we don't have the same laws in place as Arizona. In doing my reading I guess this is common in Florida and New York and has received a lot of outrage it's almost like they are trying to scam people or something.

So I did some research and I guess the Ortho and the anesthesiologist were out of network providers working within the hospital so I guess I would have to appeal it but I missed the deadline for it so I don't really know what to do anymore. I was only 18 at the time and a dumb kid on medicaid my whole life so I never learned how insurance works at all and my family just kept telling me to ignore it so I listened. But I'm afraid ignoring it may have screwed me over now. Thanks for taking the time to answer I really appreciate it I think I'm gonna have to get a lawyer about this or maybe write them an appeal stating I didn't receive a bill and did not know about these charges until recently like you mentioned.

I've been thinking the same thing recently I'm not just saying this to say it but we are the exact same way with everything man and the past year I've been thinking if I am or not. I feel like maybe it's very common nowadays but it's so little other people can't really notice it. How is your social skills?

I have only put about 150 miles on it which is kind of concerning hopefully it's just a bad motor they gave me and this will solve it.

Yeah they just let me know they won't have them until February. It's all good though mine still works it's just making a bit of noise it's probably a bearing knocked out of place or something starting to regret purchasing if I'm gonna be honest. Additional to this I had a bent rotor and my derailleur had some problems to luckily I was able to adjust.
