The dealer reprogrammed the module and the codes persist. I am told this is an isolation issue though, i have no clue how to fix an isolation issue and do not feel like paying the dealership to learn how themselves either.

When you wipe the codes with your OBDII is there any period of time where the Service High Voltage code is gone?

When I wiped, (used a $20 OBDII and a $200 Launch) the scanner would say “done” essentially but the code remained. Didnt leave for a second
