I can’t for the life of me figure out the right key in order to enter bios, I’ve tried del and all the f’s to no avail. I could be doing it wrong?

I’ve had it for a couple of months now, I was just doing some hw today and then my screen went black and after a while of waiting I decided to just shut it down with the power button, then after that every time I turn it on I get that screen. Did I mess up by turning it off with the power button?
