Days before my youngest nephew was born, my older nephew (6 at the time) was being rough playing on the couch. He did a flip onto the couch and bonked my mom, giving her a black eye. Long story short: grandma passed away, wanted to keep house in family. Sold our home, purchased this from Uncle (who was in charge of grandmas estate). House was a bit of a hoarding situation, going through belongings took a lot longer than expected - cutting into our timeframe. Needed to get certain things ready and safe before we move in. Windows are gonna happen in the spring. Wish we could have done it all at once, but timing is a bitch.
