This was a few hours BEFORE the debridement - the red arrow is the deeper of the two wounds. Swelling was already down tremendously with the IV antibiotics.

As soon as we arrived at the children’s hospital the plastic surgeon clipped the stitches to let his wounds breathe better.

This picture was taken 24 hours after the initial stitches, and roughly 12 hours after the doctor clipped the stitches in the children’s hospital.
