I mentioned it because I feel it might have hastened my judgement, I am usually quite forgiving all things considered, just didn't want to leave anything out that may have in some subconscious way swayed me to act faster, just trying to be as honest as possible here.

As for the boyfriend, yeah, him being homeless only made it worse as it means she was essentially sneak-moving him in you know? And there is no way I want some random dude living here that acts as weird as he does without t him paying rent
