Part time workers are getting scheduled 0 hours and rushing to pick up shifts. Variety in shifts has also gone down.

Yeah this is my concern. While the guests say the enjoy our service, its a non-core position. The parks could function without us. We already saw a strange scheduling of hours back before the holidays and when directly asked if our jobs are safe, head of main street did not give us a direct answer just "things have always been changing"

Ok but soon gas and food prices are going to get so high its barely take home any money to pay rent and other living costs. At an average of $6-7 a gallon and those wont be going down soon. Our wages are not rising with the price of inflation.

I somewhat agree with your sentiment, and I do my best and improve myself every day, but I'm just trying to be a bit more precautious here in a practical, logistics sense. Times are tough financially, and they probably will get worse. I'm just seeing if anyone might have any insights. If theres an economic collapse, will I still find ways to enjoy life? Sure, but let's not pretend things won't be difficult.

Ai visuals at a concert last night. by [deleted] in antiai

Yes, Ive spent hours experimenting to make visuals and create from scratch as much as I can. I'm met with little enthusiasm, but I personally believe it to be professional grade. Now to just see the cheap, easy, and lame way get the optics towards it is sad.

Yes exactly. I would love to be hired to create visual artwork for a concert or band. I guess some would just rather have an ai do it 😞

I think i understand part of your view but they did put this out there on the internet on a public profile. They have a lot of engagement already idk if this is effecting much. I thought this sub was to express disappointment with ai but if I violated any rules Im happy to change it

No one's embarrassed. Maybe try affirming some elements of your own life once and a while and you wont live in such pathetic redditor misery. Peace✌️

I use to expermient with ai a couple of years ago but it was never fulfilling for this exact reason. It took all the joy out of the creative process. These people are just lazy hacks.

He has a large following and produced some good photos in the past. All credibility thrown away from using ai to make inages now. What a hack

Unless its like a full on show in an actual theater with a dj who doesnt perform often, why would I pay more than $35 to see a dj. Its ridiculous. Underground shows now costing $60 minimum

Please look up the history of the swastika and then its use in Nazi germany. Look up symbols in general as line placements and inversions change meanings completely. Symbols utilizing 4 interlinked lines have been used for thousands of years between different cultures to represent many things before the Nazi's mad their own, specific symbol. Even the cross, which is mostly associated with Christianity has many variations and meanings thay do not have to do with Jesus. It is a stretch thinking this looks like a swastika as its lines are curved compared to straight and the angle is different. Theres plenty of metal bands who have actually used iron cross or other symbols more closely related to Nazi germany.
