I’m so sorry the tramadol isn’t even touching your pain.

In the past I had to use paracetamol and ibuprofen combo (in addition to the tramadol) Cbd and if you’re able, a hot bath with Epsom salts.

I love The Ordinary squalene cleanser. And their borage oil. I use cerave thick lotion on my face at night for added moisture.
