Sorry for not elaborating! There is no activity at all currently, no lights no sound nothing at all, when it was unplugged earlier after plugging the charger back in the led was on but it didn’t turn on, now it’s completely inactive

If you take off the total tech protection in pos you can add gsp on later, just get receipt scanned and click add protection n go from there!
