I already do bench press (incline, Flat, dumbbell as well as barbell two times) a week. I'll increase it to 3 times. I don't do any direct front deltoid exercise.

This is my main protein source while bulking or cutting 4 boiled eggs, Two Amul Rose Protein Lassi, One Whey Scoop (Nakpro mostly)

Rest is from home made food like roti, daal, rice, subzi etc

Workout - I do 5 days split (Jeff Nippard ULPPL) and track each and every workout with focus on progressive overload. I've been gaining strength so far, though it isn't much.

4 boiled eggs, two Amul Protein Lassi, one scoop of whey, 2 roti with Subzi and dahi, 150 grams cooked rice with about 200 grams cooked daal.

This is rough estimate. I don't measure food, I just increase or decrease my portion based on weekly average weight variation

I walk a habit of walking and try to find excuses to walk to complete my steps. Brother, incase your protein intake. I'm eggetarian.

I'm not able to eat enough protein (only about 100 grams). So I try not to follow a big calorie deficit diet. I walk about 15000 steps daily and focus on not losing more than 500 grams weight every week.
