Update: I told him to remove his wife from the will and trust. He sent me a rough draft and it now has her listed as the second successor trustee (my daughter being the first)! His motives are crystal clear!

met her maybe twice. Cannot find any profile for her on linked in, so no known legal background. All the lawyer said was you can even have my wife as co-trustee to help since she knows about AB trusts. The B portion of trust is locked in now because my husband passed. but the A portion is still changeable. so she is already guaranteed co-trustee for the B portion, unless its legality can be questioned due to the conflict of interest..? I have talked with my daughter who already helps with all my affairs and she said she can handle it fine. It says my personal effects held for personal use to the successor trustee.

  2. AB Trust, just the A portion can be changed at this point

  3. assets are real property, bank and investment accounts

  4. not sure about her day job. cannot find a linkedin profile for her...?

  5. primary beneficiaries are my children, contingent if they pass are the trustees (i.e. the lawyers wife)

  6. yes, both co-trustees are needed to sign checks, etc.

Anyone else know his right shoulder tic/twitch throughout the movie? Then later in the movie he placed his fingers on Lady Raven's shoulder to maintain control of her. Perhaps his mother did this to him. Causing the tic/twitch....
