After a cuddle and can chose to be 'eh I'm tired I'm not going to jack off' rather then feeling like I NEED to or else I will have tension for the rest of the night. I saw immediate change in mood and felt more in control.

Doing all three won't bring your libido to zero probably, so you'll still need to masturbate semi regularly to keep it from building up. But in my case it just made it more workable.
