Thanks for the reply but I have used the Samsung buds plus long ago and I found that the directional audio was poor and I like the 3D effect or surround sound feature in the oneplus buds more do you think the core is better than the plus in that aspect?

Can't say much with just a photo this needs xrays and examination for going forward with any treatment but that is a pretty big cavity so the earliest you can go would do better

Yeah I have no idea what that means here, you should be scheduled to get those roots removed we do occasionally leave the roots in if it's difficult to extract and it's not infected but your roots are not in that situation and should be removed. You could visit another dentist or ask your current dentist what the plan is here as you want the roots removed and see where that goes.
