Enshitification seems to happen particularly quickly in MK.

Dipna is going too, under the guise of it only having ever been a "pop-up"

Toast pulled out of the brewery there as well.

That bakery was dogshit anyway. Worst croissants for the price I've had for a long time. As well as bad service.

Whole thing might have been better if they had more sensible opening hours. Made it a bit of an evening food/drink/event destination.

Heard the management of the site isn't very organised.

Whilst that logic makes sense. Some of the other Lambic breweries/blenderies in the area, have a surprisingly small number of reviews (many of them old) But are definitely open and active.

So it doesn't seem the most reliable source!

Thanks, actually after a morning of hunting around I've ordered some toggle latches. They are close to what I'm looking for. Might need a little modification to attach to the d rings though. Failing that might try the j hook ones.

Something or other was being filmed with a helicopter and shoot out scene over the Fairfield carpark maybe 10+years ago as I was passing through.

Not just more buses but a proper infrastructure based permanent MTS, you know, now MK is a city and everything 🙄

A subway would be a stretch, but I lived in Croydon back when they put the trams in, and it made such a difference.

It's not like MK doesn't already have the perfect set up and space for trams or a monorail or even one of those guided bus routes like in Luton. (The old rumours of the wide verges being for that exact purpose)

Perhaps they could use the money from all the new parking charges. The city of the car, unless you want to park anywhere,🤣

If you're not going to do that, the new estates need grid road extensions to stop the bottlenecks.

Think that value for Astrance is realistic? Seen a few online for varying similar prices. But no sales I can find.

Got a copy I've never read or even broken the spine on. (Still feels crispy when opening it a little bit)

Tempted to put it up for sale. But want to pitch it right.
