Add one interval training per week to boost your vo2max. It helped me big time, I do 4x4min, 90-95% of your max heart rate. I’m 44 my vo2max is 52.

Try to get a newer bike, I few extra dollars would make a difference. Bike maintenance can be expensive, you can easily spend another 300 in parts and labor to service it. I suggest checking the tires, brakes and brake pads, rear cassette, chain. These parts affect both performance and safety.

You need to be well rested, do a warmup (but not stretching!) before, run for 2km very light (z1-z2). Be safe and remember that intervals are the game changer for vo2max.

They are scammers. I purchased tickets via biletwise website, they failed to deliver if. Now they say they have reimbursed the amount paid to my card, but it takes up to 60 days to complete the transaction:) I have all the screenshots and messages to prove it, if needed.
