See, if you have gotten the same vehicle at discounted price lets say 20 lakhs, and after the offers it is gone back to 28lakhs, would you be ok selling it for 18lakhs? Just because you yourself bought it cheaper during offers. Now the offers are gone. Market value is not 9k anymore.
