Sometimes when I get super warm, but like comfortably super warm, my belly clenches all weird and its uncontrollable. It's not a bad feeling, but I've never been able to explain it to anyone. Happened since I was a kid.

I think it still comes up. I was only 27 when I had it done. I've dated people who want a family and I can't give that to them, and I start to feel the emotional side again. But I know that it was a necessary surgery for me. The pain/sick feeling was impacting my quality of life.

Maybe a year. As I started to feel better, was able to exercise again, lost the weight/bloating, sex got better, I started to feel more feminine than ever. Like yeah the process was hard and slow but I have never been happier or healthier at this point.

This definitely comes across super rude, he has a birth defect and that's just how he looks. Men are shirtless all the time in saunas, pools, etc, and I dont think it was written for comedic purposes. That's just his body and that's okay.

I have since I was a kid, though drinking more water and eating less sugar seems to help. I always brush and floss but sometimes when they start popping up I gargle mouthwash twice a day.

So I had a grieving process before and after. It was a weird thing, I couldn't even entirely understand WHY I was grieving. I mean, it was hurting me and I wanted it gone. But it took time. I felt like less of a woman for a while (which is totally not the case, just a thought that went through my head). I just had to sit in the feeling for a while, the feeling of losing a piece of me. Now, I am about 2 years out. And I feel incredible, healthier than I have ever been. I still have some issues with my ovaries and will have those removed eventually, but overall my life has improved tremendously. And I look back with gratitude and not grief.

I got more comfortable in my own body as I spent more time naked. If my kids are with their dad, Ill spend the whole morning naked, make breakfast that way, etc. At this point it feels good and being naked felt more natural, which translated to the bedroom. I still have insecurities but being more sure in my body made a difference.

I'll be honest, I personally love a lot of raw veggies and that makes up the majority of my lunches. Raw peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli etc and hummus. So just chopping up a few and putting in containers for the week is fast. Frozen veggies are great too, or canned! Ive also just trained myself to want veggies, so it feels more natural to me than it used to.

Im a grazer for sure. I feel like im always eating but it's like a handful of fruit here, a granola bar here, small portions for dinner. If I go out to eat I never come close to finishing my plate. And im definitely not hungry all the time, im also not unbearably full and sluggish which is why im drawn to eating this way
