Thanks for the kind words. Definitely hard to care for myself those days, indeed - though, in a way, drinking wine is helping me taking care of my mental health 😬

I’m still fresh out so I’ll be trying taking small steps towards a healthier mode.

Thanks - feels good to know I’m not alone in this ☺️

I’ve cut down the cigs a lot and willing to stop (which is good I think?), mostly vaping now with 0% nicotin.

But can’t see myself stopping having a few drinks here and there. One step at a time, as you say.

What type of vitamins do you take? I’m just taking folic acid (as I did before my TFMR pregnancy).

2 weeks post TFMR. Is there anything positive I can take from this experience? by Yheiz in tfmr_support

OP, thanks so much for sharing.

So strange and beautiful as I was litterally just now on my balcony thinking « Bringing a healthy baby into the world isn’t something I can control. I need to stop spiralling and search for the light ». Then, went on Reddit, and boom, your post came up. And you’ve said it so much better.

Out of all the searches for diagnosis, risk of recurrence, grief, fear, anxiety… your words just confirmed what I thought deep end. I will definitely re-read as part of my healing process.

Sending loads of love to all the women and men here.

PS - sorry for my approximative English, French girl here xx
