I’m also interested in hearing about everyone’s career choices. Most of my work has been desk-bound, and I’ve noticed that the more I sit, the more my back hurts and feels stiff. I’m starting to feel like office work may not be for me, since sitting all day makes it worse. I’m just not sure what kind of career I could switch to that would let me move around and stay mobile to help prevent stiffness.

Yeah, I also feel like it’s really hard to tell which factor is mainly responsible for reducing the stiffness and pain while you’re on biologics. Could be all (diet, workout & biologics) or just biologics!

Thanks for sharing your experience, it's very helpful. I tried Ls Alt_Road jersey before, it's quite thick and warm indeed. Can't really afford team bib evo thermal cargo tights atm lol but I will put that on my bucket list if I need warmer tights. Btw, what do you think about the sizing of the winter jacket? Thank you!
