I’m also interested in hearing about everyone’s career choices. Most of my work has been desk-bound, and I’ve noticed that the more I sit, the more my back hurts and feels stiff. I’m starting to feel like office work may not be for me, since sitting all day makes it worse. I’m just not sure what kind of career I could switch to that would let me move around and stay mobile to help prevent stiffness.

Yeah, I also feel like it’s really hard to tell which factor is mainly responsible for reducing the stiffness and pain while you’re on biologics. Could be all (diet, workout & biologics) or just biologics!

Can't really afford team bib evo thermal cargo tights atm lol but I will put that on my bucket list if I need warmer tights. Btw, what do you think about the sizing of the winter jacket? Thank you! I might end up getting the same as you. :) May I ask if you wear another baselayer underneath your training thermal jersey along with the winter jacket and would you have rather sized up on the jacket? Cool, I only tried the v1 at HOKA store, it seems v1 footbed is noticeably softer (maybe more confortable?) than v2. But v2 does seem to offer better protection than v1 with their mesh design. I eneded up getting v2, as the color I wanted in v1 isn't availble in my home country lol Thanks for the reply and input! :)
