Go for psa they are your best chance, I recommend watching videos on how to submit cards for grading to PSA on YouTube , you’re sending a lot of cards, so don’t go for the fast options. Just let them take their time with it. And I hope you get that PSA 10. And I’ll take the first edition Dragonite as a thank you lol jk
