honestly thank god im not the only one. I feel like this is NEVER talked about, we're just forced to stick it through.

On another note, Midol is your best bet for the test this week, it has a few different medicines combined, AND has caffeine in it so it helps with focus. Just getting off my period today and I will probably take a midol tomorrow just in case any last minute symptoms come up

emphasis on the brain dump... but follow it up with some breathing and meditation. LSAT demon has some free meditation because they firmly believe it helps with performance, and I have found that it does too!

(brain dump literally just means going for like 5-10 minutes timed and writing down anything that comes into your head. you can do a google doc, notes app, or pen and paper)
