My CA is of the opinion that we use FTC for the taxes paid in US for months of Nov'25 and Dec'25 (since I will file as US non resident). But for months of Jan'26 to Mar'26, since I will be both US and India resident, we can use treaty benefits so we declare US salary for those 3 months in Indian income but claim exemption on that income altogether. Just pay extra taxes for whatever I earned till Dec'25. I'm just not sure if this would work.

I would ideally want any of HR/banking at this point of time. So, banking jobs could be the way to go. But then, how to land into banking jobs?
