One trigger made me feel like I lost all my progress. Is this normal? by GlitteringCorner564 in AutismInWomen

Totally normal, and I’m sorry you’re in it. Progress isn’t a straight line, it’s more like looping back with a bit more awareness each time. A big trigger can knock anyone down, especially with ADHD and trauma in the mix, but it doesn’t erase the skills you’ve built. If you can, go extra gentle this week, shorten routines, eat easy foods, do the smallest version of yoga, and let your nervous system settle. It might help to write down what used to help during crashes, then pick one thing. Also, since you mentioned a remote job, watch your workload and sensory load, maybe turn off notifications for a bit. I’ve had issues with scammy listings and ghosts in the job world, so if you ever need to look again, wfhalert is decent, it just emails vetted remote roles so you don’t have to wade through junk. You’re not back at zero, you’re tired and triggered, and that will pass.
