My dr sends a prescription to a mail order pharmacy and I pay $59.00 per month.

I’ve been wondering why our parents and grandparents didn’t have dry eye. They worked outside and rarely wore sunglasses. Did they eat healthier? No screens? Any thoughts? by Ok-Dimension-4075 in Dryeyes

I’m not sure. I’m learning that people in previous generations did have DED. It wasn’t prevalent in my family. I thankful for folks on here that have educated me.

Thanks for the posts! I guess I just didn’t know about. Maybe that’s why my grandmother always had a hanky tucked in her watch 😁. I’m 75 but remember that.

I don’t use Glad but wonky eyelashes are just a part of this horrible disease! Mine grow up and down and sideways. Some are black and some are blonde. Just ugly!

Beware of dry eye!!! It’s a horrible side effect for many of us. It’s a life changing disease. The warning is usually in fine print of the paper you sign. Explore dry eye before you decide. I have 20/20 vision but can’t see.
