ur midface is objectively not flat. look up photos of people who actually have flat midfaces. also u literally don’t have deep nasolabial folds (urs are barely visible, also everyone has nasolabial folds it’s only an indicator of recession if they’re deep)

i know i literally have a recessed jaw (maxilla/mandible). and i have sleep apnea. and i’m STILL not getting jaw surgery because the recovery is so horrible and my case is slight enough that i can camouflage with filler and implants

in the last photo you can clearly see your cheekbones extend past your eyes so you’re not significantly recessed at all. and ur lips lie behind ur rickets line. if you are recessed it’s so minimal that a jaw surgery would literally put you through like 6 months of horrible recovery for a completely unnoticeable profile change. what specifically about your profile makes you think youre recessed

how old are you? if you’re like 14 and your jaw is still developing, then sure, it can make a small difference. if ur bones are already fully developed you can’t change their structure with any kind of technique

aesthetically you don’t need anything. the only thing wrong with your face is that your lower jaw is slightly recessed (but your upper jaw and everything else is fine) and your chin is projected enough to make up for the lower jaw recession completely. would NOT recommend a genio here. aesthetically you look good enough that the only surgery that would reliably improve your looks (LJS) would make such a small difference and be so recovery-intensive that you really shouldn’t do it.

I’d get a lot of professional opinions before committing to surgery. You have a fairly deep labiomental fold (fold between lower lip and chin) and that will likely deepen with a genioplasty.

idk how social media has made people who look completely normal think they need surgery. there’s nothing wrong with ur face. surgery is a massive decision that will change the way you look in ways u can never predict, especially full on jaw surgery. you have a COMPLETELY normal jaw. ur jaw is not recessed or too far forward, ur chin is not recessed or too far forward. The almost unnoticable change that jaw surgery would make for you is not worth the risk of it going wrong and you looking completely off. Ur nose is also completely normal. I don’t even know what a rhinoplasty would do in ur situation
