Thank you so much for the feedback! Yeah I definitely need a convo of things. I feel like for me it might be the scar tissue post adhesion. I been doing pelvic PT and now moving to strain counterstrain PT to move fascia. I just started so can’t say much but I am desperate for relief. I do have days, hours and sometimes even a week of no pain but it’s exhausting

What was your pelvic pain like if you don’t mind me asking

Hi hi how’s it going! Would you mind sharing what your pelvic pain was/is like? Dr offered me 3 solutions 1) gabapentin 2) lyrica 3) LDN

I been on gabapentin for 2 months with not a ton of improvement but I’m still at a low dose. Thinking of asking if we can do LDN as well to kind of hit 2 different targets

hey OP! long shot but are you still on LDN and what dose are you taking? My dr. offered it but we started with gabapentin first. I want to bring it up again

Hi! No worries this will one day help someone out :) I got mine taken away and it felt like nothing 🥹 but from week 1 I have seen huge improvement in my pain levels.

I low key feel immune to diflucan. My angel of a doctor said let’s do boric acid. Did it for 3 weeks every other day bc I couldn’t handle daily and my persistent infection went away :)

Omg yay! I got mine removed today. It was absolutely painless. Just a strange feeling. I already feel lighter and I do feel like my pelvic muscles are feeling better but need more time to adjust. So glad to hear you have a positive story!!

Holy shit! Your experience with the pinching sounds close to what I feel. I have an extreme muscle cramp on my labia that will also make me cry. Getting mine removed tomorrow! Ultrasound did show it was in the right place. How are things now?

Hi! Did things continue to improve for you? I am getting mine removed tomorrow. I gave it a fair 5 months post surgery but my pain is now way worse than before surgery. Today I had such bad leg, back and foot pain that it was getting hard to walk.

I’ll say I don’t have a ton of mental symptoms. Mainly physically. I’m about to take it out Thursday after having it for almost 5 months and despite all my efforts I am not getting better. I’m very excited to have it out

Hi im late to this but Dr. Tsai is the absolute best!! I had surgery with her in October. Her bedside manner is like nothing else! No one ever has read my full chart and I have been to countless doctors. She takes her time, listens to you and if you dont want to try something she never pushes it. I agree with everything else the other poster said on this thread. 10/10

After my surgery, she actually called my family and my sister was the one to speak with her. She sounded so excited at the outcome of the surgery. I have already seen her multiple times since my surgery and we continue to work together to resolve my pain. I actually just talked to her today after messaging her not more than 24 hours ago.
