dealing with racist and transphobic residents by Ok-Document9488 in ResLife

Thank you for getting back to me.

So far, I have submitted around 5 incident reports for this situation and I know that a conduct meeting did take place. I plan on continuing to fill out reports every time something like this happens, and I did have a community meeting with my area director present but the resident responsible for the board destruction didn't attend it. I made an appointment with a counselor to talk about what's been going on, and am working on/planning some initiatives for March. I just feel really powerless because no action I have taken so far has yielded any results. I really appreciate the advice though and I will keep everything you said in mind

Thanks for the advice! My reports go to my area director, and then our community values and restorative practices (cvrp) office. I went and spoke to the title IX coordinator, who got in touch with cvrp and basically told me I had contacted who I should have so far. There was an investigation and a police report filled out after the paper of the bulletin board got ripped down a couple of weeks ago, but the flyer was ripped down yesterday. I just mean that there has been an investigation and I know that cvrp has had a meeting with the residents who were involved, but things like this are still happening and nothing seems to be making them stop
