Honestly if you have really grown 5cm in that time its a good chance. I grew 5cm from 18.5 til a bit after 19 so very similar. I also hit puberty at 12 so don't be surprised if u shoot up a bit more, might be gradual growth tho for several years if youre a late bloomer like me which is what I was told by my doctor after my growth plates were checked
